Customer Policy
Welcome to Blanc Studios!
To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please adhere to the following studio policies:
General Studio Use:
1. Bookings: All bookings must be confirmed via email at bookings@blancstudios.co.za. Full payment is required to secure your session.
2. Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the booking fee). Should you cancel within 24 hours, 75% of your fee will be retained and 25% will be allocated to a future booking. Should you cancel less than 12 hours before your booking, 100% of your fee will be forfeited.
3. Studio Access: Access is granted only for the booked time slot. Additional time will incur extra charges calculated at the hourly rate of R550. Only personnel directly involved in the shoot are permitted on set. If you exceed 5pax, please notify us.
Conduct and Responsibility
4. Damages: Clients are liable for any damage to studio property or equipment during the booking period.
5. Cleanliness: Please leave the studio as you found it. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left untidy.
6. Prohibited Items: Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol, Confetti and hazardous materials are not permitted in the studio.
Equipment and Facilities:
7. Equipment Use: Specific studio equipment is available for use. Please handle with care and report any issues immediately. Lighting, Diffusers, Triggers and Backdrops are available at an additional fee.
8. Cyclorama Wall: The cyclorama wall must not be stepped on unless pre-approved. Additional charges may apply for repainting if scuffed or damaged.
9. Additional: Should you be bringing in large props or equipment or if windows or house lights are to be blacked out, please notify us in advance. No items will be stored overnight or storage fees will apply.
Payments and Refunds:
10. Payments: Full payment must be made prior to the shoot. Accepted methods include EFT and card payments via our website.
11. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled booking if changes are made within the policy guidelines as noted above.
Additional Notes
12. Hair & Makeup Area & Change Room: These are available for use but must be left clean after your session.
13. Insurance: Clients are responsible for their own insurance coverage for equipment, personnel, and liability.
