Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please adhere to the following policies: GENERAL USE: All bookings must be confirmed via email at bookings@blancstudios.co.za. Full payment is required to secure your session. Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the booking fee). Should you cancel within 24 hours, 75% of your fee will be retained and 25% will be allocated to a future booking. Should you cancel less than 12 hours before your booking, 100% of your fee will be forfeited. Access is granted only for the booked time slot. Additional time will incur extra charges calculated at the hourly rate of R600. CLEANING POLICY: Cleaning is included under the following conditions: The hirer must: * Remove all décor, equipment, catering items, and personal belongings * Place all rubbish in the designated bin area (next to the coffee station). The cleaning fee covers: * Floor & surface cleaning * General post-event reset OVERTIME POLICY: Hire time includes setup time, event time, and strike down. If the venue is not vacated by the agreed end time, overtime fee's will be charged per hour. Any access outside agreed hours must be pre-approved. For Saturday bookings: * Collection/removal of items must take place on Monday unless otherwise arranged. * Any extended storage or delayed collection will incur a holding fee. CONDUCT & RELIABILITY: The venue is a professional studio space and must be treated accordingly. Not permitted without prior written approval: * Open flames or candles * Smoking, Vaping, Alcohol * Drilling, nails, adhesives on walls * Moving of large furniture without assistance * Glitter/confetti or staining décor * Loud amplified music * Additional: Should you be bringing in large props or equipment or if windows or house lights are to be blacked out, please notify us in advance. The hirer is responsible for: * All attendees * Any damage caused * Ensuring the space is returned in original condition PAYMENTS & REFUNDS Full payment must be made prior to the shoot. Accepted methods include EFT and card payments via our website. Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled booking if changes are made within the policy guidelines as noted. Thank you for choosing Blanc Studios.
